"Kun Bulagy" 50 MW Solar Power Plant

On May 20, 2025, a working meeting was held in Bishkek at the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, with the participation of representatives of TechnoGroupService LLP. The meeting focused on the progress of the "Kun Bulagy" 50 MW solar power plant project, located in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

This project is being implemented as part of the agreements between the Presidents of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic and aims to contribute to sustainable energy development, strengthen regional cooperation, and advance the green economy in Central Asia.

As a continuation of the bilateral dialogue, the Kazakhstan–Kyrgyz Business Council meeting will be held in Bishkek on May 22 to discuss priority areas of trade and economic cooperation, including joint infrastructure and energy initiatives.

Participation in the VIII Annual Ulttyq Ónim Exhibition

On May 16, 2025, the VIII Annual Ulttyq Ónim Exhibition of Domestic Producers opened at the EXPO International Exhibition Center. Held under the auspices of DAMU Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC, the event showcases products made by Kazakhstani companies, including those supported by the Fund.

This year, over 350 producers from all regions of Kazakhstan are participating, representing a wide range of industries—from food and light manufacturing to machinery and jewelry.

TechnoGroupService LLP has been participating in this national event since 2022 and proudly continues this tradition as a representative of the Ulytau Region. The company presents its innovative solutions in the fields of sustainable development, renewable energy, and smart digital platforms. A key highlight this year is the launch of domestic production of photovoltaic modules at a new plant in Almaty. These modules are in high demand among major solar energy developers and small and medium-sized electricity consumers.

EXPO 2025

EXPO 2025 opened on April 13 and will continue until October 13. The exhibition is being held on the artificial island of Yumeshima (translated from Japanese as “Island of Dreams”) in Osaka Bay. This is the second time Osaka has hosted the exposition — the first was in 1970. In 2017, the candidate cities to host this event included Paris (France), Baku (Azerbaijan), and Yekaterinburg (Russia).

The theme of the exposition is “Designing Future Society for Our Lives.” The main focus areas of the exhibition are artificial intelligence, space exploration, and sustainable development.

In early April, representatives of TechnoGroupService LLP visited the international exhibition EXPO 2025. During the visit, they became acquainted with the architectural and conceptual elements of the Republic of Kazakhstan’s pavilion, where the company will showcase its developments in September this year.

The invitation to participate in the national exhibition was extended by the International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects (ICGTIP). TechnoGroupService LLP’s presentation will be part of a unified showcase of Kazakhstan’s potential in the fields of sustainable development, digitalization, and green technologies.

International Environmental Forum

On April 22, 2025, in Almaty, as part of the International Central Asian Environmental Forum “Sustainable Development of Central Asia: Environmental Challenges and Solutions in the Context of Global Changes,” organized by the International Public Association for the Promotion of Renewable Energy in Central Asia, a presentation was delivered by Doctor of Economic Sciences and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TechnoGroupService LLP, Mominbayev Zhomart Baizakovich.

In his speech titled “Establishing Photovoltaic Module Production in Kazakhstan,” he presented a strategy for developing a complete solar module production cycle in the country, drawing on the international experience of leading companies. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of technological independence, localization, commercialization of scientific developments, and support measures for domestic manufacturers.

Zhomart Mominbayev emphasized that the implementation of these initiatives would enhance the integration of renewable energy sources in Kazakhstan, contribute to industrial development and job creation, and strengthen the region’s export potential. He also cited examples of companies founded by scientists that have become global leaders in photovoltaic module manufacturing.
